Strategy and design is a collaborative process and it's important we both feel like we're a good fit. That's why I offer a free discovery call where we can get a bit of a vibe check and you can ask any questions you need to feel confident about booking in.
After our call, I'll provide you with a project proposal. If you're keen to proceed, you'll need to pay a 50% deposit and we'll book in a start date and timeline for your project. I'll get you set up on my client portal and send you a welcome kit so you know exactly what to expect and what you'll need to provide. Payment plans are available - get in touch to discuss.
The strategy begins with a discovery questionnaire, a 1.5 hour brand workshop, extensive research into your audience profile, competitor and industry analysis, brand foundations and filtering the research into a Brand Strategy Document. Followed by creative direction, concept design and development and brand/website roll-out.
Once your new branding is all approved, you'll pay the final invoice. I'll then provide a Dropbox folder containing all of your brand files in all the file formats you'll ever need (jpg, png, eps, svg). I'll then move on to any branded collateral included in your project (e.g. business cards, social templates). If you have a website project booked also, I'll be in touch to talk about the next steps.
This is an excellent question. As this is a collaborative process, it’s important that we are aligned in values, communication and style. All successful rebrands need to be guided by brand strategy. If you have worked with a strategist and have the strategy mapped out, we can work on your visual identity only. Otherwise all rebranding packages include strategy.
I specialise in Rebranding and work with established businesses who are at least 2 years old. The process is different as we take into account insights from the current branding, audience insights and ensure the execution of the rebrand is flawless across all channels.
In general, rebranding packages take between 4-12 weeks depending on the package level you select.
