  • ‘Heidi Glasson Creative’ is Heidi Glasson trading as Heidi Glasson.
  • ‘The Client’ is the party making a booking for design related services from Heidi Glasson
  • ‘An Order’ is the request for services from Heidi Glasson.
  • ‘The project’ is a term used to describe service from Heidi Glasson.


A quotation will be provided for you upon contacting Heidi Glasson Creative for your design project. All quotes are valid for up to 30 days only and prices are in Australian dollars. Quotes are for design costs only and additional fees may be added for printing costs and/or stock images/fonts/hosting.

Should there be any changes to the agreed initial brief and quotation, additional fees will be charged at $100.00 per hour (unless stated otherwise).

A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required before design work commencing. The balance will be payable at a date set in your project timeline. Delays in the project due to client not providing content or feedback will not delay payment. Final project files will be released when final payment has been made. Please note payment details will be on your invoice (bank transfer is preferred). Any overseas clients are required to pay 100% upfront.

Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date. Interest will be charged on all amounts outstanding for more than thirty (30) days at the rate of 10% per annum.

No artwork will be handed over until the invoice has been paid in full. 

All work not completed within a 2 month period will be invoiced regardless. Payment is required for any artwork, that have been terminated on your request at any stage of development, prior to completion. Invoice will be issued as ‘work to date’. If debt collection is required for unpaid invoices, The Client is responsible for any costs incurred (fees/commissions payable to the debt collectors).


The Client may cancel this Agreement for any reason by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice to Heidi Glasson, any deposit paid prior to cancellation will be non-refundable. Heidi Glasson Creative may cancel this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to The Client. In the event that Heidi Glasson Creative cancels this Agreement, Heidi Glasson Creative will provide any artwork completed and paid for to date.


The supply of content and assets is the responsibility of the client and must be supplied to Heidi Glasson Creative. You agree that you have the full right and title (including applicable rights to all Intellectual Property) to all elements of text, graphics, photos, videos, designs, trade marks, or other artwork or text you provide to me.

Please ensure all content is reviewed and proofed thoroughly prior to providing material. Text should be proofed and images supplied at 300dpi for print purposes. Some designs may contain stock images, these will be charged additionally. Heidi Glasson Creative will not be responsible for errors in supplied content or quality of supplied images.


Whilst all care is taken, Heidi Glasson Creative does not take responsibility for Client supplied artwork that does not print properly. Please note that colour on projects can vary from screen to final product. Screen proofing is not indicative of final printed piece. Printed colours can vary from printer to printer, job to job, run to run, or even front to back, due to the nature of the CMYK printing process. Trimming can vary from printer to printer.


Once final proofs have been supplied to the client, approval will be required. Heidi Glasson Creative takes every care to avoid errors. Once approval has been given, this is final. Heidi Glasson Creative is not responsible for any spelling, grammatical, numerical errors or omissions after final approval. No refunds or reprints will be supplied.


Heidi Glasson Creative cannot guarantee the outcome of design services and the client’s comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. The Client acknowledges that Heidi Glasson Creative cannot guarantee any results for design as outcomes are based on subjective factors that cannot be controlled by Heidi Glasson Creative.


Heidi Glasson Creative retains ownership of artwork until final payment has been received. Once payment has been made, the client shall have ownership to use and distribute finished artwork at their discretion. Heidi Glasson Creative retains the right to use said artwork in their design portfolio, social media and promotional material. All images displayed on the Heidi Glasson Creative website or facebook page are subject to copyright, and must not be copied or used without full permission from Heidi Glasson Creative and the Client. Any breach of copyright will result in legal action being taken as necessary. Heidi Glasson Creative retains ownership of all working design files (InDesign, Illustrator files) and all concepts that are unused. If required by the client, this may be arranged on payment of additional fee.


The client allows Heidi Glasson Creative to display any projects on the Heidi Glasson Creative website / social media pages / and portfolio for promotional purposes. The client agrees to allow Heidi Glasson Creative to credit design work on all websites designed by Heidi Glasson Creative in the form of a small line of text at the bottom of the website.


Every effort is made by Heidi Glasson Creative to meet deadlines. An approximate date of completion will be given to the client at the start of the project. Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on the revision process. Heidi Glasson Creative will not be held responsible or liable for any costs resulting from late artwork or printing deliveries.

If any services are required urgently, not covered in the original agreement, a priority service fee will apply at a rate of $130/hour.


Heidi Glasson Creative is an online business therefore the majority of our communication is made via email, this helps us keep track of specific design requirements & any changes required. If you would like to chat with me on the phone or via video (Skype, Zoom, Google Meet) I am happy to do so, however I ask that you please email me and make an appointment for a time to chat or book a call on the contact page). Any project related communication will not be held via social media or text message. 


Heidi Glasson Creative will retain your files for a period of 1 year. Every effort is made to store your files however please be aware this may not be possible due to data corruption or software changes. Heidi Glasson Creative will not be held responsible for re-producing artwork free of charge in the event files cannot be recovered.


On final payment, finished artwork will be supplied in all digital formats required. This does not include working design files (InDesign, Illustrator). Heidi Glasson Creative does not take responsibility for printed products that do not print properly, are damaged or lost in transit. Please note that colour on projects can vary from screen to final product. Screen proofing is not indicative of final printed piece. Printed colours can vary from printer to printer and job to job, due to the nature of the CMYK printing process. Colours will always look more vivid on screen and a printed proof is advised.

Refer to your client services agreement for full project conditions before agreeing to your contract. This will supplied with your proposal.
